Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Trainer – In-Home Sales | $120K–$175K+

Pay: $120,000–$175,000+ per year (Commission + Incentives | Own Leads + Overrides)
Type: Full-Time | In-Home Sales & Training

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Trainer in Greenville, SC. This role is for a field-based leader who can both produce sales from their own leads and train a team of in-home sales reps to master the one-call close.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be in the home daily, running leads, closing your own business, while also shadowing, training, and coaching reps to increase performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Run your own in-home sales leads and close business.
• Train and coach reps on the one-call close process.
• Shadow new hires and uptrain existing reps in the field.
• Assist the Sales Manager in building a winning culture.
• Lead from the front by producing and teaching at the same time.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven in-home residential sales experience (windows, baths, sunrooms, or home remodeling).
• One-call close sales background.
• Ability to both sell at a high level and train others to duplicate success.
• Leadership qualities and hunger to advance into senior management.
