What to Expect

• Prepare and submit accurate medical claims based on contracts with various payers
• Review claims for pricing discrepancies and create secondary electronic claims
• Monitor billing requirements and address any issues with third-party payers
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers regarding billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and notate patient accounts reflecting all actions taken

What is Required

• Home infusion experience is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of experience in medical billing preferred
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Must possess excellent phone and email communication skills
• Familiarity with ICD10, CPT, NCCI coding and standard billing regulations
