As part of our strategy and operations group, you ll collaborate across departments to analyze business trends, optimize processes, support decision-making, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis to support business strategy, operations, and market intelligence initiatives. Develop business models, dashboards, and performance reports to monitor KPIs and support leadership decisions. Assist in process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. Prepare presentations and data-driven recommendations for internal stakeholders. Support strategic planning, business forecasting, and project management activities. Work closely with finance, marketing, operations, and technology teams on special projects. Qualifications MBA or Master s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Analytics, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply). Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
