Facility: Nursing Home
Location: Warwick, RI 02886
Term: Contract; 8 weeks
Shift: 3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am (Five Days in a week that includes EOW)
Pay rate: $25-$26/hr on W2
Pay Period: Weekly
Start: ASAP Required: - Must be certified as a nursing assistant
- Experience with SNF/LTC preferred
- Must work every other weekend
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Took care of vitals nuro Checks and Residents that we're fall risk.
- Provided Palliative care
- Respiration and blood pressure when ordered with appropriate completed and demonstrated skills competency.
- Provided proper care and observation of patient's skin to prevent breakdown tissue over bony prominence.
- Respectful of patient and family environment and patient's personal needs.
- Protected organization's value by keeping patient information confidential
- Provided activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary;
- Ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals
