Were currently seeking an experienced CPA to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a track to partnership for the right candidate. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own client base while enjoying the quality of life that comes with living in a close-knit, family-friendly community.

What Youll Do:

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
• Provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts
• Plan, prepare, and review tax returns
  
• Meet directly with clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships
  
• Deliver a variety of non-attest services
  
• Oversee and mentor staff, helping to develop future leaders within the firm

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills
• Excellent verbal and written communicationcapable of translating complex financial data for a broad range of clients
  
• Prior experience supervising or managing teams
  
• A strong client service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust
  
• Farm tax experience is a plus, but not required
