Front Office Receptionist – Hacker Dermatology (Delray Beach, FL)

Hacker Dermatology - a nationally recognized, award-winning dermatology practice in the heart of Delray Beach — is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our elite clinical team.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part Time

Hacker Dermatology , a highly respected and rapidly growing medical and cosmetic dermatology practice, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. We are known for exceptional patient care, a supportive work environment, and innovative treatment offerings. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and eager to grow within dermatology.

• Room patients and prepare them for evaluation
• Assist the physician and PA in medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures
• Accurately document patient history, medications, and chief complaints in the EHR (AdvancedMD experience a plus)
• Prepare instruments, treatment rooms, and procedure trays
• Perform clinical tasks such as scribing, handling specimens, and assisting with biopsies and excisions
• Provide patient education and post-care instructions
• Manage prior authorizations, pharmacy communications, and lab coordination
• Support front-office operations as needed, including scheduling and patient flow

• Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• Prior dermatology experience is highly valued but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
