About the Role:
Join Mr. Rooter Plumbing as a Drain Cleaner-Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' plumbing systems are running smoothly. Be part of a dedicated team that prides itself on exceptional service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform drain cleaning services using advanced equipment and techniques.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues for residential and commercial clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance and plumbing best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job execution.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in plumbing services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in plumbing or drain cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Must be physically able to perform job duties, including lifting and bending.

Compensation:
We will provide paid training to make sure you have the knowledge and skills to grow in your career. After the initial training period, you will earn generous commission based on your overall performance. Starting training pay range for this position is $18-$20 per hour.
