We’re running a short-term research study focused on evaluating how well advanced AI models understand real-world educational leadership scenarios—especially in school administration. Your participation will help us assess AI model performance and safety in high-impact decision-making contexts that school administrators navigate every day.\n\nSample of Reported Job Titles\nAthletic Director, Elementary Principal, High School Principal, Middle School Principal, Principal, School Administrator, School Superintendent, Special Education Director, Superintendent, Vice Principal\n\nWhat You'll Do\nYou’ll be asked to review and rate AI-generated responses to realistic prompts drawn from K–12 school leadership settings—like student support, special education, parent communications, staffing, and discipline. Your input will help benchmark whether these models demonstrate appropriate reasoning and judgment in real-world school contexts.\n\nThis is a short-term project requiring roughly 40–100 hours of work total, between now and December 29th. The engagement begins with a paid 2–4 day trial.\n\nMust-Have Qualifications\n-- 4+ years of full-time experience in one or more of the roles listed above\n-- English language fluency\n-- U.S. residency\n-- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet\n-- Comfortable using messaging platforms, video calls, and file uploads\n-- Able to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independently\n\nCOMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:\n*Hourly pay: $55-130 per hour, plus task bonuses, based on experience and fit\n*Paid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours\n*Entirely remote, work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met\n*Current employment in the field is NOT required
