WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Represent OE Solar with confidence and professionalism while engaging with community and business leaders
• Build strong relationships — take clients golfing, to dinner, and make meaningful connections
• Support day-to-day operations: filing, scanning, permitting, scheduling, and ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine
• Jump in wherever needed — from grabbing coffee to managing documents — and always with a positive attitude
• Prioritize tasks across multiple managers and adapt quickly to shifting demands

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong computer skills (especially Windows products and Microsoft Office Suite)
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what needs doing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• A team-first attitude and the confidence to lead yourself
