A Snapshot of Your Day

Will be working with the\nTeam to ensure that the Wax product is moving through the designated\nmilestones, ensuring that the operators are safe and remain focused on their\ndaily work lists and that engineering, quality, safety, or management help is\nprovided when issues arise. As the first point of contact for the operators,\nthe Team Lead will help solve problems and keep parts moving so that the team\ncan accomplish its goals.

How You’ll Make an\nImpact

• Perform work safely by following all safety rules and\n providing recommendations to make the Wax Department a safe work\n environment.
\n
• Achieve team production and efficiency goals by working\n to meet all operational and quality standards to ensure a high level of\n Manufacturing.
\n
• Partner with the Wax department supervisor to create a\n daily plan to meet Production targets.
\n
• Create and assign work lists for each employee in the\n department, ensure that employees remain productive, and produce quality\n work.
\n
• Performs direct Production Work 50% of the time.
\n
• Other duties may be assigned as needed and\n cross-training as needed.
\n

What You Bring

\n
• High School diploma or GED.
\n
• Able to perform basic math functions using the metric\n system and read Engineering instructions.
\n
• Previous experience as a wax operator or Team Lead is\n preferred.
\n
• This position may require an export license from the\n Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the\n Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of\n any required license is a prerequisite for this position.
\n
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for a\n higher level or vice-versa.
\n
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in\n the United States without the need for current or future\n employer-sponsored work authorization.
\n
