Medical Assistant – Pediatrics (Full-Time) East Liberty Family Health Care Center – Pittsburgh, PA East Liberty Family Health Care Center (ELFHCC) is a community-based health center committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to families across Pittsburgh. We are seeking dedicated Medical Assistants with a strong interest in pediatrics to join our growing clinical team. Key Responsibilities

Room pediatric patients, collect vitals, and document clinical information
Perform specimen collection (urine, throat swabs, phlebotomy) and point-of-care testing
Administer immunizations and assist with procedures such as EKGs, PFTs, and breathing treatments
Triage patient concerns and escalate appropriately within the clinical team
Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and support front desk operations as needed
Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and provide patient education

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
Proficient in phlebotomy and immunization protocols
Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between sites
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
