Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to ensure that all work flows through the plant with an emphasis on quality, meeting schedules and accurate labor and material unit costs.

POSITION Job Functions:

• Coordinate with all production control coordinators in tooling, wax, and finish operations.
• Maintain accurate WIP, Stock Product and Finished Goods inventory (includes overall responsibility for YE physical inventory)
• Communicated and coordinate with Reps and internal company support areas for Bid School readiness.
• Plan, analyze and report production data for tooling, wax, and finish operations.
• Evaluate and develop employees and processes with in your reporting structure
• Set routings for products
• Manage outsource production
• Liaise with Baldesigns management for effective flow of reporting, information and product between facilities.
• Ensure safety standards are met in all areas of responsibility

Job Specifications:

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

• Above average math and analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Access and Excel knowledge

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years production control and materials management experience
• BA, BS or equivalent work experience
