• Lead and mentor: Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals in testing activities.
• Develop and implement: Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and methodologies.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing objectives and deliverables.
• Review and analyze: Review and analyze system specifications to ensure QA activities meet requirements. Identify and document: Identify and document defects and work with the development team for resolution.
• Create testing plans: Create a testing plan for any given project, including scheduling the test completion and providing valuable information to the stakeholders.
• Ensure tests are up-to-date: Ensure all tests are current before testing begins, so developers can use them as benchmarks when writing new features or improvements.
• Run manual tests
