A leading AmLaw-ranked law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions, take on meaningful responsibility, and grow within a highly regarded national platform.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate documents for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters
• Manage and conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
• Support transactions from contract through closing
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
• Support partners and senior attorneys while managing day-to-day responsibilities independently
Qualifications:
✔ 3–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience (regional or national firm preferred)
✔ Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
✔ Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent academic and communication credentials

💰 Compensation: $260,000–$365,000 annually (based on experience) + bonuses & full benefits
