1 other onsite person, assistant manager

Resource's typical working day:

Walking the property, managing vendors, approving invoices, reviewing invoices. Bidding services that are needed to be done.
Lease review
Participating in leasing calls
Enforcing lease rules and regulations
Typical property management

Must Have Skills:

Budgeting- understanding how to read a budget
Vendor management- be able to work with different vendors
Written communication

Nice to have skills:

Mixed use buildings

Years of Experience:

5 years of experience

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred or Associates Degree

Software skills:

Comfortable learning P2P platforms that they work in
Excel
MS office suite
