COMPENSATION:

• Weekly Pay: $2,000 - $2,500 average
• Hourly Pay (based on experience):
• • 0-48 months: $29.00 - $30.50/hour
  • 49-200 months: $31.00/hour
• Mileage Pay PLUS $250 per stop
• Safe & On-Time Bonus
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,800 - 2,200

JOB DETAILS:

• Route: Starts in Ridgefield, WA
• Coverage Area: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Northern California
• Freight Type: Dry freight (touch freight - unload using rollers)
• Loads: 2-4 loads per week, 3-4 stops per load
• Unloading: Drop & Hook and Live unload
• Equipment: Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers

HOME TIME & SCHEDULE:

• Home weekly for 34-hour reset
• Days off vary based on freight demand
• Both day and night shifts available
• Note: Holiday season may have reduced time off; other periods may offer additional time off

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class A CDL
• DOT medical card
• 21 years or older
• Minimum 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer OTR experience (6 months if teaming)
• Must live within 30 miles of Ridgefield, WA (strictly enforced - confirm with Todd before applying )
• Secure parking location if living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, WA
• Clean record: No more than 2 accidents or tickets in last 3 years
• Stable work history: Less than 3 jobs in last year, not terminated from last position
• No SAP drivers
