We are searching for a driven and innovative Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong technical background and a proven track record in sales. Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.
  • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
  • Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
  • Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.
  • Help in researching and developing new products.
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Sell technical and scientific products that are designed to address specific customer needs.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data integration and SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Docker images and Canva.
  • Proven track record in Pre-Sales and Solutions Engineering.
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand complex product knowledge, specifically around Databases (Relational and non-relational, NoSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to customer problems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
