Sr. ServiceNow Developer Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a senior ServiceNow developer to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and integrations that support DHS mission objectives and modernization initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, etc.). Build workflows, dashboards, catalog items, and integrations with enterprise systems. Implement automation and performance improvements. Write clean, maintainable JavaScript using Glide API (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs). Implement integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and scripted transforms. Participate in Agile ceremonies; estimate and deliver within Scrum sprints. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508 standards. Qualifications 7+ years of development experience, including 3+ years as a senior ServiceNow developer. Expert knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integrations. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer (Architect preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline OR 3+ years of relevant specialized experience. Active TS/SCI clearance (any agency) OR active DHS CBP OR ICE Public Trust clearance. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $140,000–$160,000 per year. Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match PTO, sick leave, holiday pay as required by law Location & Clearance Hybrid – onsite 2–3 days per week in Ashburn, VA.
