Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results through regular reporting.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Educate clients and families on therapy processes and home exercises.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote occupational therapy services.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
Experience in developing personalized treatment plans for diverse clients.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Proven ability to monitor and document client progress effectively.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for client care.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
Strong communication skills to educate clients and families on therapy.
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet client needs.
Willingness to participate in community outreach programs.
