We process payments with Stripe and PayPal, an external payment platform allowing you to process transactions using various payment methods. Your earned funds from your sales in our marketplace can be deposited into your bank account or your PayPal account.

Here are some common questions about selling in
Songtan.

How do cost work on Songtan?

Joining and starting a shop on Songtan is free. Songtan will cover payment processing fees charged by Stripe and PayPal. However, as the marketplace grows, Songtan may choose to change this.

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on Songtan. Create a user account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, and set a payment method (how you want to be paid).

How do I get paid?

You must earn at least $50 from our marketplace before the 1st and 15th to receive your funds. Our team will send your funds on the 1st and 15th of the month. Please allow 2~3 business days, not including the weekend, for the bank or PayPal to process the transaction.

What can I sell on Songtan?

Songtan provides a marketplace for booster clubs, artists, influencers, businesses, entrepreneurs, bars, and brands that sell merchandise that Songtan offers to be customized. As time goes on, Songtan’s product offering will grow. Feel free to request our latest catalog of items you can choose from.
